Ingredients:
- 1 cup homemade almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 organic apple (small)
- 1 tsp. ground organic cinnamon
- 1 frozen organic banana
- 8-10 organic walnut halves
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender, pour into your favorite glass, top with cinnamon, and get your smoothie on!
